HomeSafe CO Alert (http://www.homesafe.com/coalert/index.html)- a site where you can find out the UL specifications for detector strength, limits for the safety of CO, and other useful information.

Consumer Product Safety Commission (http://www.cpsc.gov/LIBRARY/co01.pdf)- a site with government statistics and safety specifications on CO levels; maintained by the Federal Consumer Product Safety Commission.

Chimney Safety Institute of America (http://www.csia.org/home/cohazard.htm)- Because clogged or unclean chimneys are a hazard for CO, the CSIA has some tips on how that danger can be avoided.
